Rules for Photographers
By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the following rules while on Church Farm property:
Respect our trees: Do not cut, break, climb, or damage trees in any way.
No artificial snow, glitter, or confetti.
Stay within designated photography areas.
No smoking, alcohol, or open flames allowed on property.
Please clean up all props and trash before leaving.
Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
No drones or aerial photography without prior written permission.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Church Farm Christmas Trees, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by myself, my clients, or any persons attending sessions on the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in photography sessions or while on the premises of Church Farm Christmas Trees.
I understand I am fully responsible for my clients and any damages that occur during my reserved time on the property.
